While working with a boutique maker of handmade silver jewellery, I was tasked with elevating their digital footprint in a saturated market. With the primary sales engine being Etsy, the strategic challenge was to break through the high volume of competition and establish a distinct, premium brand presence.

Social Media Optimisation & Conversion
Recognising that visual storytelling is the primary driver for artisanal goods, I developed a comprehensive social media content strategy for Instagram and Facebook.

• Engagement-Focused Creative: I designed a series of high-impact posts and promotional banners tailored to capitalise on the platforms' algorithms.
• Traffic Acquisition: Every asset was engineered with a clear call-to-action (CTA), designed to bridge the gap between social discovery and direct-to-site conversions.
